NGM Floating Development Projects

NGM's structures varies from Key Worker housing and regeneration projects, residential developments as well as retail outlets and leisure facilities.

The structures have great flexibility in design and can be made to fit in with any existing environment. NGM and its partners are currently in discussions and negotiations with local authorities and landowners throughout the United Kingdom and Europe to preparing areas for development.

NGM has been commissioned by the developer BioRegional Quintain (BQL) to provide technical appraisals to evaluate the potential for water-based and floating structures at Middlehaven Docks in Middlesbrough. The BQL led project received outline planning consent in March 07 and is based around the master planning concept of Alsop.

NGM is also in discussion with Liverpool City Council, British Waterways and the English Partnerships about a proposal to construct a mixed-use development of residential and commercial properties at Liverpool’s South Docks.
