Value Creation
NGM's development methodology allows for value to be created in several different scenarios and applications:
- Constructing floating structures to complement and enhance the land-based development and increase the value of the land with water frontage, such as disused docks.
- Low value land that would be developed were it not for the flood issues can be developed using NGM's innovative methodology without losing any of the flood storage capabilities. NGM's solutions enable this land to be developed to a budget, at speed, and in a sustainable fashion while remaining compliant with the Environment Agency and PPG 25/PPG 26.
